At Fashnav, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
1. 30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Starting a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fashnav.store and include clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Incorrect size sent by us
All exchanges are subject to product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive the approved refund amount without additional return handling charges from our side.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method
- Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days
- In some cases, it may take up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
7. Discounts & Promotional Offers
Promotional discounts and coupon codes must be applied during checkout.
We are unable to:
- Apply discounts after an order has been placed
- Refund the value of unused promo codes or missed discounts
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
